A Few Updates We Think You'll Like
Hi everyone,
We’ve been busy making a few updates to FrontDoor+ that we’re excited to share with you.
Some of these are brand new features. Some are improvements to make the public ticket-buying experience smoother, cleaner, and easier to use.
Here’s what’s new:
Reserved / assigned seating
Reserved seating is now live in FrontDoor+.
thorhild bullarama used a mix of reserved and ga seating this year
This means we can sell individual seats for rodeos, shows, plays, concerts, camping, and more.
A lot of platforms offer assigned seating, but the experience can be painful, especially on a phone. And for folks like me with bad eyesight and big thumbs, that matters.
So we fixed that experience.
It’s clean, easy to use, and works really well on mobile. We also draw the seating charts for you.
Want to see it in action? Check out Rock The Rink, hosted by Red 19 Entertainment.
A fresh coat of paint, with better event browsing
The public FrontDoor+ site now has a more unified look and feel.
Our trademark black and green are now used across the public purchase pages, and honestly, we think it looks really good.
We’ve also updated the main event listing page. You can now search events by event name, city, and host. We’ve also updated the event categories, so visitors can narrow down the list more easily.
Thanks to Brenda at Thorndale for helping kick off this feedback.

This one has been requested for a while, and it’s now here.
Some events have a long list of ticket options, especially when there are multiple days, age groups, or pricing levels.
The South Shore Exhibition is a great example. With multiple event days and ticket types, we’ve added ticket groupings across the top of the ticket screen so buyers can browse more easily.
For example, tickets can now be grouped by day, which makes longer event pages much easier to understand.

Manage Tickets
We’ve added a new Manage Tickets button to ticket emails.
This sends ticket purchasers to a webpage where they can easily send tickets to friends, co-workers, volunteers, sponsors, or anyone else who needs them.
This is especially helpful for sponsors or groups that receive 10 or more tickets. Instead of digging through emails and forwarding things around, they now have a cleaner way to get the right tickets into the right hands.

That's it for now.
Stay tuned, because we have a few more exciting updates on the way, just in time for the busy summer season.
We have a new reporting component coming, along with box office ticket sales, donation support, and an exciting partnership announcement that we’ll be sharing soon.
As always, thanks for being part of the FrontDoor+ family.
